I had an amazing time at the hotel and restaurant. The place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of Nairobi’s busy streets. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had the best possible experience during my stay. The rooms are beautiful, with a lovely touch of Kenyan colors. The yard and restaurant are the perfect spot for a relaxing evening. The chef is a master who creates some of the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten. Lastly, the hotel offers a gym and reliable Wi-Fi, which is more than sufficient for video calls and livestreams.

Trisan Hotel is in my neighborhood. Last week, when I needed to host a guest flying in from overseas, it was the most convenient place for her to stay, considering she had special requirements due to some allergies. Our experience of the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The new face lift, cleanliness of the facility, friendly and professional staff was impossible to ignore. But the absolute highlight was the incredible food prepared by Chef Pawan! He thoughtfully curated every breakfast for my guest, who also had some dietary restrictions. He was very pleasant in every interaction and consistently came to the table to find out if we enjoyed the meal and how he could improve her stay. Kudos to the management and team at Trisan for the lovely service! I will certainly be hosting there more often and recommending it to others.

A warm and peaceful place in the middle of the busy city. The hotel has spacious and well-kept rooms, with all the necessary amenities. In the restaurant with its cozy courtyard, it feels wonderful to come ‘home’ after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!
